Getting started

  • It's a simple two step process: book a demo call here and receive a signup link afterwards to get set up.

  • We create 2 customized widgets for your website:

    1) Your pre-purchase widget sits on the bottom corner of every page on your site (except checkout and order confirmation). This is basically your marketing widget, informing your visitors they can earn a free, personalized donation when they make a purchase.

    2) Your post-purchase widget is where the donations happen. This appears on your order confirmation page, prompting your customers to choose one of your climate cause options and claim their free donation!

  • We’ll guide you through this on your setup call. Add your snippet directly to your site code, through Google Tag Manager, or through your website builder. It’s super straightforward, so you don’t need to be technical!

  • Yes! Our design team will create 2 customized widgets tailored to your branding, so they’ll look right at home on your website! To make sure you’re 100% happy with how your widgets look, there is a review process for you to request any changes before your widgets go live on your site.

  • No, the page script loads asynchronously with our widgets, meaning it loads at the same time that the page is loading!

  • No, there are no widgets on your checkout page. Donations occur on your order confirmation page, meaning your conversion funnel is completely uninterrupted.

  • No long term contracts! We bill through a monthly subscription. Should you wish to stop using the service, you can do so by canceling your subscription in your Amplify account. Your access to Amplify will remain active until the end of your final monthly billing period.

 

Donations

  • When a customer completes a purchase on your site, they are prompted to claim a free climate donation on your order confirmation page through your widget.

  • Your customer has the final say! You choose 3 climate cause options for your customers to pick from, and then your customers gets to choose which one their earned donation supports.

  • The choice is yours! You decide how much you donate per transaction. Our minimum donation amount is $1 per transaction, there is no maximum.

  • Donations only become payable when your customers engage with your widget and claim their free donations. If they don’t claim it, there is no donation payable.

  • At the end of each monthly billing cycle. We’ll notify you of how much you have to donate (you can also track this at any time in your account). You have ten working days to make donations to the corresponding climate causes from the point of notification.

  • We provide you with donation links at the end of your monthly billing period.

  • Yes, all of Amplify’s climate cause partners are registered 501(c)(3) making your donations eligible for tax relief.

  • All donation activity is made available to you in your Amplify account.

 

Pricing & Billing

  • We offer flexible pricing for all business sizes. There are 3 monthly subscription options, ranging from $19 - $199 per month. Your pledged donations are separate to your monthly subscription fee. Your plan is determined by the number of donations claimed by your customers each month.

  • The Starter plan includes up to 200 donations per month. The Growth plan includes up to 2000 donations per month, while Enterprise includes unlimited donations.

  • We will inform you when you surpass the monthly limit, and we will move you to our next plan in the next monthly period.

  • You will be billed on a monthly rolling basis. Your first billing date will be the moment you sign up, and then every month after that.

 

Climate Causes

 

 Joining Amplify

  • It is a simple two step process. Sign up through this short application and review and sign our partnership agreement (issued by Amplify after your application is submitted).

  • When a customer makes a purchase with an Amplify merchant, the customer is prompted after checkout to claim a free donation for one of the three charity options pre-selected by the brand. Donations are made directly to the corresponding charities on a monthly basis.

  • There are no sign-up fees or ongoing costs whatsoever.

  • No. We just ask for 10 days' notice if you wish to stop receiving donations.

  • None, there is no requirement to communicate our partnership. Of course, you are more than welcome to do so (we can provide marketing assets on request).

 

Donations

  • Donations are made directly from Amplify merchants on a monthly basis (via your website) for the total amount of donations accrued in a given month.

  • Brands are required to make donations once a month to their chosen climate causes. Donations are due within 10 days of the end of the brand’s monthly billing period.

  • We will send you a monthly donation report, giving you details on how much donations to expect and from what brands.

  • You will receive 100% of all donations directly from the brands. Transfer fees may apply from the brand’s bank provider and/or your bank provider.

  • Yes, brands pay a monthly fee to use the service. This fee is separate to their donations.
